We are seeking a detail-oriented and fast-paced Order Picker to join our warehouse fulfillment team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately selecting, sorting, and preparing clothing, footwear, and accessories for shipment to our retail stores and direct-to-consumer (e-commerce) customers. Responsibilities:
Order Fulfillment: Locate, select, and pick apparel items from warehouse shelves based on digital or printed pick sheets.
Accuracy & Quality Control: Verify that the correct style, color, and size (SKU matching) are selected. Inspect garments for any visible defects, tears, or stains before passing them to packing.
Inventory Navigation: Safely operate warehouse equipment (e.g., RF scanners, hand trucks, pallet jacks, or order picker forklifts) to navigate aisles.
Garment Care: Handle clothing and accessories with care to prevent damage, ensuring items remain clean and properly folded/hung.
Target Metrics: Meet or exceed daily warehouse performance metrics for picking speed and accuracy.
Workplace Safety: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by following all safety protocols and keeping aisles clear
Working hours: 10:30 AM - 7:00 PM
Skills:
Previous experience in apparel/retail logistics or e-commerce fulfillment.

Qualifications:
Comfortable using technology, including RF inventory scanners and digital warehouse management systems (WMS).
Ability to read, write, and speak English clearly to interpret pick tickets and labels.
Proven experience as an order picker, warehouse associate, or a similar role in fulfillment.
