Spherion is seeking a motivated Parts Warehouse Associates to join our team. You will handle inventory, operate machinery, and support shop and customer orders. This role requires mechanical aptitude, strong communication, and a commitment to safety. You will work independently in a fast-paced environment while upholding our company values.

Responsibilities:
- Maintain a clean safe work environment
- Safely and efficiently operate a forklift
- Load and unload parts truck and freight deliveries
- Efficiently and accurately pick, put away and deliver parts orders to designated shop and will call areas
- Ability to understand the basic principles of inventory control
- The ability to perform tasks with little or no supervision
- Candidate must have effective written and verbal communication skills
- Resolve problems and make sound decisions
- Responsible to maintain professional behavior consistent with the Mission, Vision and values of client.
- Must be able to lift 50lbs
Education: High School
- High School Diploma or GED required
Experience: 6 months
Physical:
- Moderate Lifting (up to 50 lbs),Standing / Walking,Repetitive Motion,Bending / Stooping / Kneeling,Pushing / Pulling,Hot Environments,Cold Environments
Skills:
- Basic skills in shipping, receiving, freight in bound and out bound.,Strong interpersonal skills to assist internal shop teams and external customers.,Ability to learn specialized software.,Detail-oriented with the ability to effectively handle multiple tasks at once.
