As part of the night shift production team, you will perform post-molding assembly, execute hourly quality checks, document process testing, and maintain a safe, clean work environment. This is a hands-on position ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and value attention to detail.

Responsibilities:
Install handles, caps, gaskets, fittings, and other required components on containers based on customer specifications and work orders.
Perform routine visual inspections and quality testing (e.g., verifying seal integrity, weight checks, flash removal, and surface finish). Accurately log test results into quality tracking systems.
Assist with setting up or adjusting post-molding downstream equipment, such as flame treaters, leak detectors, fly cutters, and automated assembly fixtures.
Prepare packaging materials, stack finished products on pallets, and ensure appropriate labeling for warehouse storage or shipment.
Follow all facility safety procedures, including personal protective equipment (PPE) guidelines, Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) rules, and 5S cleanliness standards.
Identify equipment abnormalities or defective products promptly and report issues to machine technicians or shift supervisors.
Participate in shift handoffs, assist teammates, and relieve operators during break rotations to maintain continuous continuous-line flow.

Working hours: 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM

Skills:
1+ years of experience working in a fast-paced high-volume manufacturing, industrial, or plastics environment.
Prior experience operating post-molding equipment, blow molding machinery, or automated packaging equipment.
Familiarity with basic quality inspection techniques, calipers, or digital logging tools.
Working knowledge of 5S organization principles, hazard communication, or Lockout/Tagout protocols.

Qualifications:
Ability to perform basic arithmetic (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division) and standard unit measurements.
Strong ability to follow written work instructions, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and oral directions accurately.
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive hand movements for extended periods throughout a 12-hour night shift.
Ability to regularly lift and move up to 50 lbs, and occasionally move larger units via roller conveyors.
Strong attendance record and dependable schedule adherence for overnight operational hours.
