The Packager is responsible for precision packaging and final quality inspection of products. Responsibilities:
Packaging Execution: Pack finished parts per work instructions and customer packaging specifications (bagging, boxing, labeling, kitting).
Visual Inspection: Perform visual inspection of parts during packaging to catch defects before shipment.
Cleanroom Compliance: Maintain cleanroom protocols during pack-out (gowning, contamination control) for cleanroom-designated jobs.
Traceability & Labeling: Apply lot numbers, labels, and traceability documentation accurately.
Inventory Verification: Count and verify quantities against work orders and pack lists.
Workspace Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized packaging area and manage supplies inventory.
Production Targets: Meet production pack-out targets while ensuring top-tier accuracy and quality standards.
Working hours: 1:00 PM - 9:30 PM
Skills:
Medical device packaging experience.
Familiarity with controlled contamination environments and cleanroom standards.
