Spherion Staffing is hiring Packaging & Order Fulfillment Specialists to support the growth of an exciting local business in Cormorant, MN. In this role, you will manage warehouse fulfillment, package company swag, and prepare customer orders for delivery.
Schedule & Hours
-Standard Shift: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM / 5:00 PM

-Peak Season: Expect at least one required weekend shift during peak volume periods.
Responsibilities:
-Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for customer delivery.
-Package company promotional items and swag efficiently.
-Maintain warehouse standards and ensure high visual accuracy across all shipments.
Working hours: 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Qualifications:
-Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
-Physical Capabilities: Ability to stand/walk for the full shift, perform repetitive tasks, and lift up to 45 lbs.
-Attention to Detail: High level of visual accuracy to minimize order errors.
-Screenings: Pre-employment background check and drug screen are required
