6+ months of experience in high-speed packaging, warehouse, assembly, or manufacturing environments.Previous experience working 12-hour shifts or 2-2-3 rotating schedules.Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), food safety guidelines, and workplace sanitation standards.Eye for detail to perform quality inspections on product packaging, weight labels, and box seals.Basic mechanical aptitude to monitor automated packaging machinery, conveyor lines, and box tapers for minor jams.Proven track record of reliable, punctual attendance and teamwork skills in a fast-paced environment.Experience using manual pallet jacks or hand tools is a plus.
Must be at least 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States.Ability to work a 12-hour standing shift (6:30 AM ??? 6:30 PM) on a rotating 2-2-3 schedule, including weekends and holidays as scheduled.Ability to perform physical labor, including standing, walking, bending, stooping, and lifting up to 35???50 lbs consistently throughout the shift.Excellent attendance, punctuality, and commitment to working all assigned shifts.High level of hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity to handle high-speed packaging tasks safely.Ability to understand and follow basic written and verbal safety instructions, work guidelines, and quality standards.Willingness to strictly adhere to plant dress code rules (no shirts with buttons) and wear all required safety PPE (steel/composite toed shoes, hard hat, safety glasses, earplugs, hair net, beard net).Ability to work comfortably in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with exposure to pet food odors, dust, and continuous machine noise.
