Job Description:
As a Painter you would be responsible for using high pressure paint guns to paint large steel parts.
Responsibilities:
- Utilizing high pressure paint sprayers to paint large steel parts
- Maintaining all painting equipment
- Properly documenting all painting activity
- Creating and implementing proper painting processes
- Assisting in other areas as needed
Education: High School
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
Experience: 12 months
- 1 to 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
Physical:
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
- Must be able to bend, stoop, squat, and kneel
Skills:
- Experience using high pressure paint sprayers
- Manufacturing experience
- Ability to comprehend blueprints, schematics, and work specifications
- Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, Kanban, and 5S
- Familiarity with ERP and SAP
- Effective communication
- Problem Solving
