High school diploma or equivalentProven experience (1+ years preferred) as an industrial, automotive, or production painter, preferably with plastic substratesProficiency in operating and maintaining HVLP spray equipmentSolid understanding of paint mixing, color matching, and surface preparation techniquesAbility to read and understand technical specifications, work orders, and safety guidelinesMust be able to wear a respirator and other required PPE
