Responsibilities:
- Load, unload, and stack lumber to keep our pallet production lines running smoothly
- Assist in building and repairing wooden pallets to meet customer quality standards
- Learn to operate forklifts to move materials and finished products throughout the facility
- Inspect materials for quality and prepare usable lumber for the assembly team
- Collaborate with production leads to hit daily goals in a safe, organized workspace
