Pay Rate: $19.00 per hour
Hours: Part-time, Monday through Friday (Choose between 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM or 7:30 AM - 12:00 PM)
Hiring Process: Includes an interview and a standard background check.
Responsibilities:
- Support customers and business partners warmly via phone and email.
- Calmly and professionally navigate customer complaints, diagnosing the root issue to find a great resolution.
- Monitor the progress of delivery routes and process changes or cancellations to delivery orders.
- Oversee and modify spreadsheets pertaining to customer orders to keep track of where things stand at any given time.
- Scan haul-away pods and verify stamps to ensure accurate tracking.
Skills:
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- About 1 year of related experience, ideally within a call center environment.
- Effective communication and customer service skills with a knack for resolving issues satisfactorily.
- Excellent multitasking abilities and highly developed organizational skills.
- The capability to perform well in a fast-paced environment while delivering solutions that leave a positive impression.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency with standard Microsoft Office programs, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Project.
