As a Parts / Inventory Clerk, you will play an essential role in keeping operations moving efficiently. You will focus on receiving incoming shipments, tracking inventory counts using software, and processing customer returns. This position gives you a great chance to show your strength in quality control while taking ownership of crucial daily warehouse support.
Responsibilities:
-Receive incoming shipments, inspect boxes for damage, and record items accurately in the inventory management system.
-Utilize computer software to track and update inventory levels.
-Process customer returns and exchanges efficiently.
-Conduct thorough inspections of received items to identify any discrepancies or defects.
-Handle parts lookups and authorizations.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
-Proficient computer navigation and software capabilities.
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
-Ability to stand for up to 8 hours and safely lift up to 50 lbs.
Education:
High School
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
-High school diploma or equivalent.
-Minimum of 1 to 2 years of prior experience in parts or inventory roles.
-Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs.
-Ability to pass standard background and drug screenings.
