Job Description:

We are looking for a reliable General Laborer to join our team! In this job, you will help keep our buildings, equipment, and grounds clean, safe, and working well.

Responsibilities:

• Basic Repairs: Fix simple things like leaky faucets, loose door handles, or squeaky hinges.
• Cleaning: Sweep, mop, pick up trash, and keep work areas and hallways clean.
• Painting and Drywall: Touch up paint on walls, trim, and fences when needed.
• Moving Equipment: Help move furniture, supplies, or tools safely.
• Safety Checks: Look for broken items or safety hazards and report them to your supervisor.

Education: No formal education required.

Experience: 6 months

• General Labor: Experience doing physical work, landscaping, construction, or cleaning.
• Basic Hand Tools: Experience safely using simple tools like hammers, screwdrivers, wrenches, drills, and tape measures.
• Property Care: Past experience doing basic building upkeep, painting, simple repairs, or yard maintenance.

• Minor Repairs: Basic knowledge of simple plumbing (fixing running toilets or leaky faucets) and carpentry (fixing door hinges or drywall).
• Painting & Patching: Skill in using paint rollers, brushes, and filling small holes in walls with spackling compound.
• Equipment Care: Ability to clean and store tools and machinery properly so they stay in good working condition.
