Responsibilities:
??? Greet patients and visitors professionally in person and on the phone.
??? Respond promptly to questions, concerns, or direct inquiries to the appropriate party.
??? Optimize provider schedules and support patient satisfaction through efficient
appointment scheduling.
??? Notify providers of patient arrivals and maintain patient flow.
??? Provide comfort and assistance by anticipating patient needs and responding to
questions effectively.
??? Verify and update patient records to ensure accuracy of information.
??? Confirm financial information and collect patient payments when necessary.
??? Monitor and maintain office inventory; anticipate supply needs and submit orders.
??? Maintain the waiting area in a clean, orderly, and welcoming condition.
??? Other duties as assigned.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 9:00 PM (Various Shifts Available)

appointment booking and confirmation.
??? No-Show & Cancellation Management: Confirm all appointments 24 hours prior and
achieve monthly no-show rate reduction targets.
??? Patient Payment Collection: Collect all required copays, deductibles, and outstanding
balances at check-in with a 98% accuracy rate.
??? Documentation Timeliness: All intake forms, scans, and uploads completed within the
same business day.
??? Wait Time Management: Maintain average patient wait time under 10 minutes.
??? Customer Experience: Achieve patient satisfaction scores aligned with RejuvenX survey
benchmarks.
??? Compliance: 100% adherence to AHCA, HIPAA, and internal RejuvenX documentation
requirements.
??? Communication Response Time: Emails, patient inquiries, and internal messages
responded to within 2 hours (unless in a patient-facing interaction).
??? Inventory Maintenance: Maintain par levels for all office supplies with zero stockouts.
