We are seeking a skilled and self-motivated Electronic Technician to join our team. In this role, you will hit the ground running with minimal training, leveraging your deep understanding of electronic components and excellent diagnostic skills. Your daily work will evolve as you grow, starting with precision cable assembly and progressing to troubleshooting and repairing complex, high-voltage electronic units and printed circuit boards (PCBs). Responsibilities:
Component-Level Repair: Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair issues at the PCB board level.
Production Progression: Begin with precision cable assembly (including multi-pin conductors) and naturally progress to working on complex electronic units.
Quality Assurance: Perform thorough quality inspections on both newly assembled and repaired units.
RMA Support: Assist in troubleshooting and repairing returned client units.
Safety & Workplace Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace while strictly adhering to all safety protocols.
Communication & Collaboration: Report safety concerns, irregularities, or injuries to supervisors immediately, and collaborate with the team to meet department goals.
Working hours: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM
Skills:
Associate degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering Technology, or a related technical field.

4-7 years
Qualifications:
Experience: 5+ years of hands-on experience soldering surface-mount components onto boards.
Technical Mastery: Strong, demonstrable ability to read and interpret complex schematics and electrical wiring diagrams.
Component Knowledge: Deep understanding of electrical components, including the ability to identify and replace capacitors, resistors, diodes, etc.
Assembly Expertise: Prior experience with cable assembly, specifically working with multi-pin conductors.
High Voltage Comfort: Experience with, or complete comfort working around, high-voltage systems.
Physical Demands: Ability to lift 50 pounds unassisted, and over 50 pounds with assistance.
Soft Skills: Excellent oral communication, sharp attention to detail, strong commitment to product quality, and a track record of reliable attendance and punctuality.
