Customer Relations & Hosting: Coordinate facility visits, host customer representatives, and act as the primary point of contact during their time on-site. Compliance & Safety: Ensure all PIPs have completed SOP training, follow safety procedures, use appropriate PPE, and adhere to clean room gowning practices. Operational Oversight: Monitor PIP interactions to ensure they do not interfere with manufacturing; escalate technical or quality concerns raised by the PIP to FDBT management. Feedback Management: Collect feedback from PIPs at the end of observation periods and communicate it to the manufacturing and project management teams. Inventory & SAP Support: Perform warehouse cycle counts and execute SAP reports for material status, Bills of Materials (BOMs), and gap analysis. Process Improvement: Work with users to identify and implement business process improvements and resolve system issues.

Prior experience in a customer service-oriented role. Experience with SAP and data entry. Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Good Documentation Practices (GDP)
Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills, with the ability to relay technical concerns to leadership clearly. Customer Service: Strong service-oriented behavior and the ability to maintain positive professional relationships. Technical Proficiency: Advanced computer skills in MS Office, specifically the ability to create complex Excel spreadsheets using V-Lookups and Macros. Organization: Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple activities simultaneously under tight deadlines. Problem Solving: Analytical mindset capable of resolving system issues and learning ERP systems (SAP) quickly. Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for prolonged periods while escorting, perform frequent gowning (scrubs/coveralls), and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds. High School Diploma or GED with at least 2 years of work experience in a fast-paced environment.
