In this role, you will help run and maintain chemical surface finishing processes that support critical industries like aerospace and defense. If you have hands-on experience with plating, chemical analysis, or hazardous waste handling, we want to talk to you!

Responsibilities:

• Perform chemical tests on plating baths and wastewater discharge; interpret test results to keep processes running smoothly.
• Set up, monitor, and adjust surface finishing controls to meet safety and quality standards.
• Operate surface finishing equipment and prioritize work orders based on production needs.
• Help train team members on proper setup, cleaning, plating, and accurate measurement techniques.
• Safely manage, treat, and store hazardous waste following company and environmental guidelines.
• Participate in ISO and Lean Manufacturing efforts to troubleshoot issues and improve process efficiency.

Working hours: 5:30 AM - 4:00 PM

Skills:

• Previous experience in chemical plating, surface finishing, or lab testing preferred.

Education:
High School

Experience:
1-4 years

Qualifications:

• Ability to follow detailed procedures and safely handle chemical processes.
• Strong attention to detail with basic math and measuring skills.
• Reliable work ethic and ability to work the scheduled shift (5:30 AM ??? 4:00 PM).
• High school diploma or equivalent.
