Responsibilities:
Apply conformal coatings, staking compounds, bonding, and masking to complex electronic equipment according to blueprints and drawings.
Mix, handle, and store chemical compounds, epoxies, and solvents safely while monitoring lab cleanliness and inventory levels.
Operate and maintain specialized equipment, including exhaust hoods, curing ovens, and automated dispensing tools.
Collect process data and document quality metrics to ensure compliance with strict workmanship and aerospace certification standards.
Collaborate with engineering teams to execute work requests and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
Working hours: 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM
Skills:
High School Diploma or equivalent required (3 years of manufacturing experience preferred).
Experience with precise manual assembly or coating processes within electronics manufacturing.
Ability to learn and certify in strict industry standards (such as IPC or defense-level workmanship).
Qualifications:
Technical precision with the ability to interpret detailed engineering drawings, product blueprints, and work instructions.
Strong safety awareness, including comfortable handling chemical materials and adhering to static control (ESD) and foreign object debris (FOD) protocols.
Excellent communication skills to effectively coordinate product status updates with floor leads and management.
Analytical problem-solving abilities to spot component defects or quality variances early in the production cycle.
