Job Description:
The ideal candidate will support daily paint line operations by loading and unloading parts, preparing components for the painting process, performing quality inspections, and maintaining a safe, organized work environment.
Responsibilities:
- Load and unload components on the paint line in a safe and efficient manner.
- Set up the production line by changing hooks and racks as needed for different parts.
- Hang and remove parts from the conveyor system.
- Install and remove protective plugs from parts during the painting process.
- Inspect finished and in-process parts to identify defects or quality issues.
- Work collaboratively with team members and maintain effective communication.
- Follow all company safety policies, encourage a safe work environment, and promptly report unsafe conditions or incidents.
- Perform additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned.
Education: High School
Experience: 12 months
Physical:
- Heavy Lifting (50+ lbs)
- Must be able to perform physically demanding tasks, including frequent bending, twisting, and lifting throughout the workday.
