This is a full-time position that comes with a fantastic, compressed Monday through Thursday (4/10) schedule, from 3:30 PM to 2:00 AM. Responsibilities:
The Daily Forge
The Preparation Prodigy: Efficiently prep, clean, and mask parts based on the production layout sheet to keep the coating line flowing seamless and steady.
The Powder Maestro: Expertly operate powder spray guns and booth controls, ensuring even application and proper thickness that keep our production line running at peak performance.
The Oven Overlord: Execute routine curing setups with precision, monitoring bake times and temperatures to lock in that perfect, resilient finish.
The Quality Sentinel: Verify the quality of every finished part using simple measurement instruments and visual inspections???because in this shop, "close enough" isn't in our vocabulary.
The Line Commander: When duty calls, step up to maintain booth equipment and keep hooks and racks clean so operations keep firing on all cylinders.

Skills:

Finishing Familiarity: Previous experience in an industrial powder coating booth or industrial spray paint environment.
System Savvy: A solid understanding of cure charts, mil gauges, and the "why" behind the powder application process.
