Schedule: Friday - Sunday (3-Day Weekend Shift)
Available Shifts: Day (6:30 AM - 6:30 PM) OR Night (6:30 PM - 6:30 AM)
Pay Rate: $18.00 - $20.00 / hour (Depending on Experience)
Position Type: Temp-to-Hire
Responsibilities:
Clean, mask, sand, and wash metal parts to prepare surfaces for powder application.
Operate and adjust powder spray guns and coating equipment to ensure consistent mil thickness and finish.
Safely rack, move, and load parts into curing ovens according to process standards.
Conduct visual quality checks for texture, thickness, and color consistency.
Perform basic maintenance on coating equipment and maintain a tidy booth environment.
Cross-train into adjacent fabrication, wash, or assembly departments as needed.

Skills:
Experience coating stainless steel and aluminum components in a manufacturing setting.

High School
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Experience in powder coating, industrial painting, or surface finishing.
High attention to detail with a commitment to producing smooth, flaw-free coatings.
Eager to cross-train across general shop operations and prep stations.
Must be able to remain in a stationary position or stand for up to 12 hours, bend frequently, and lift/move materials weighing up to 40 pounds in a factory environment
Must successfully pass pre-employment drug screening and background checks.
