Join our coating team to assist in preparing cab weldments and fabricated parts for high-quality powder coating and final surface finishing. This entry-level position is ideal for hands-on workers who take pride in crafting smooth, high-grade finishes. On-the-job training is provided.

Prepare weldments and metal components for powder coating using grinding, media blasting, and surface prep techniques.
Perform detailed manual prep work to ensure parts meet Class A coated finish standards.
Safely operate grinding equipment, blasting tools, and hand tools.
Inspect prepared parts for surface defects, rust, or debris prior to coating.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace while strictly adhering to safety guidelines.
Working hours: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Skills:
2-3 years in metal fabrication, industrial painting, powder coating, or body shop finishing.
Education:
High School
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
Strong manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
High attention to detail with a focus on product quality.
Strong commitment to workplace safety precautions and personal protective equipment (PPE) protocols.
Ability to handle physical labor, including lifting, bending, and standing for long periods.
