As a Powder Painter, you will be the key operator in ensuring parts are coated to technical specifications while maintaining a clean, efficient work environment.
- Paint Application: Apply powder using manual powder guns and perform color changes on automatic application equipment.
- Quality Control: Identify and mark any defective products to ensure zero defects reach the customer.
- Troubleshooting: Use technical knowledge to troubleshoot powder application issues and maintain equipment.
- Safety & Maintenance: Perform preventative maintenance on the line and ensure compliance with corporate safety standards.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the powder room coordinator and support other areas of the paint department as needed.

What You'll Need
- 1 years of experience with powder application or previous experience in a powder coat department preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Knowledge of basic print reading, torque values, and general understanding of Metric/Standard systems.
- Strong basic math skills, computer knowledge, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, Lean manufacturing environment.
- Ability to help in all areas of the paint department and work overtime to support customer demands.
