Because the work involves microscopic precision and extremely small components, candidates must possess high manual dexterity and be comfortable working with small-scale assemblies for extended periods.
Responsibilities:
Safety First: You will be working on a clean room floor equipped with excellent ventilation. Our R&D team is currently pioneering new downdraft table designs to further enhance air quality.
PPE: Respirators are available and provided; however, many of our team members find the ventilation sufficient and choose not to wear them.
Working hours: 5:00 AM - 3:00 PM
Skills:
We have excellent depth in all other departments, but this station is the heartbeat of our current project.
We need someone who thrives under tight deadlines and high-volume demands.

To thrive in this specific chemical environment, the successful candidate must meet the following health and safety criteria:
No Chemical Sensitivities: You must not have a history of sensitive skin or contact dermatitis.
Respiratory Health: No history of asthma or significant respiratory sensitivities.
Eye Health: No history of chronic eye irritation or high sensitivity to chemical vapors.
Physical Dexterity: Ability to manipulate very small parts with extreme precision (small hand size is a significant advantage for this specific workflow).
