We are seeking detail-oriented and exceptionally focused individuals to join our team as a Precision Lab Assembler. You will work in a modern, clean laboratory environment, assembling highly delicate, mission-critical components used in the medical device industry. This is a hands-on, entry-level position that requires a high degree of precision and commitment to quality. If you possess outstanding manual dexterity and thrive in a focused environment, we encourage you to apply-no previous assembly experience is required.This is a 2nd shift opportunity (3:00 PM - 1:15 AM, Monday - Friday) with training taking place on a 1st shift (5:00am - 3:15pm). This is a temp-to-hire position with a path to permanent employment based on demonstrated reliability and work ethic.

Precision Assembly & Inspection
- Perform intricate assembly tasks, working with very small medical components under a microscope or other magnifying instrumentation for the entire shift.
- Follow detailed, written work instructions and schematics to maintain accuracy and quality throughout the assembly process.
- Conduct thorough quality inspections on finished parts, which may include using specialized tools to trim, deflash, or modify components to meet strict quality standards.
Cleanroom Preparation & Packaging
- Execute post-production cleaning and sanitation protocols, including spraying, soaking, and wiping down products to ensure sterility.
- Package finished, sanitized components into specialized bags, utilizing heat-sealing equipment and proper labeling to prepare them for final shipment.
- Maintain an impeccable, organized workstation in accordance with cleanroom and laboratory standards.
Skills:
- Previous experience working in a Clean Room or other controlled, highly sanitized manufacturing environment is an excellent asset, but not required.
- Ability to work comfortably under a microscope for extended periods (Note: microscope work may cause discomfort in some individuals).
Qualifications:
- Must have previous experience with small part handling (e.g., watchmaking, jewelry repair, electronics, hobbies, or previous microscopic work).
- High School Diploma or GED is required.
- Exceptional attention to detail and focus to ensure component precision.
- Excellent manual dexterity and a steady hand to handle small, delicate components with care.
- Ability to follow strict safety and sanitation guidelines for a clean work environment.
