Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Press Brake Operator to join our team! In this role, you will use a press brake machine to bend and shape sheet metal into parts for our customers
Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate press brake machines safely.
- Read and understand blueprints, drawings, and work orders.
- Measure parts using calipers, micrometers, and protractors to make sure they are correct.
- Select the right tools and dies for each job.
- Inspect finished parts for quality and keep your work area clean and safe.
Education: High School
Experience: 12 months
Physical:
- Heavy Lifting (50+ lbs)
- Moderate Lifting (up to 50 lbs)
- Standing / Walking
- Repetitive Motion
- Bending / Stooping / Kneeling
- Pushing / Pulling
Skills:
- At least 1–2 years of experience operating a press brake.
- Strong skills in reading metal fabrication blueprints.
- Basic shop math skills (fractions, decimals, and angles).
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for your full shift.
- Good attention to detail and a focus on safety.
