Responsibilities:
Machine Operation: Safely set up and operate press brake machinery to bend, shape, and form metal components according to project specifications.
Quality Control: Inspect finished parts for accuracy and adherence to engineering drawings and quality standards.
Workflow Maintenance: Manage materials and maintain a clean, organized work area to ensure efficient production.
Technical Learning: For those in training, actively participate in learning the technical aspects of press brake operation and safety protocols.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with the production team to meet daily manufacturing goals and maintain a positive work culture.
Working hours: Various Shifts Available
Skills:
Direct Experience: Previous experience operating a Press Brake machine is highly preferred and will earn a higher starting pay rate.
Blueprint Reading: Ability to read and interpret basic engineering drawings or blueprints.
Measurement Tools: Familiarity with using calipers, micrometers, or other precision measuring instruments.
Education:
High School
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
Culture Fit: A strong work ethic and the ability to work well within a team-oriented environment.
Dependability: Consistent attendance and the flexibility to work occasional weekends as production needs arise.
