As a Associate press operator, you will serve as a core contributor on our active production floor. Working directly alongside the Press Operator, you will assist in the setup, operation, and maintenance of high-speed web offset printing presses. Responsibilities:
Material Handling: Load large paper rolls onto the press and ensure a continuous supply of ink, solvents, and other essential consumables. Setup Assistance: Partner with the Press Operator during "make-ready" tasks, including hanging plates, threading the web, and adjusting folders. Quality Control: Continuously inspect the printed product to spot and correct defects such as smudging, color variations, or alignment errors. Maintenance & Cleaning: Conduct routine cleaning of the press, rollers, and immediate work area to maintain safety standards and equipment performance. Stacking & Bundling: Efficiently unload finished items from the delivery line, organize them onto pallets, and prepare materials for the bindery or shipping teams
Working hours: 8:00 PM - 6:00 AM

Educational Background: High School Diploma or GED preferred. Manufacturing Experience: Prior experience in a fast-paced industrial, printing, or manufacturing environment.Mechanical Aptitude: Basic familiarity with operating or maintaining industrial machinery.

Effective Teamwork & Communication: Strong interpersonal skills with a positive, "can-do" attitude to coordinate seamlessly with Press Operators and Crew Leaders. Safety First Mindset: Strict commitment to safety protocols and adherence to required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) standards. Educational Background: High School Diploma or GED preferred.
