Our client is a massive global player in the wire and cable industry, with their Decatur, IN facility specializing in high-precision tooling. They design and manufacture highly specialized hardware-such as wire drawing dies and extrusion tools-used to produce everything from aerospace wiring to smartphone components. Globally, they support over 300 employees, but this local Decatur plant operates as a tight-knit, highly focused team of about 50 to 85 people.
