???Check the daily sheet for the board to be manufactured, Your lead and supervisor will fill out the type of board and shot time for you on your daily production sheet ???Check the mold, Stop blocks and the rails so they are clear of foam build up, And keep the press wall and sides of molds clear of foam build up before start of each shift ???Check with the lead or Supervisor for the proper FG material to be used ???Check the thickness and weight and the length of first board at the beginning of your shift and every time you start a new order repeat process. always check with supervisor or lead ???Check both heaters (top and bottom) for proper temperature and document it on daily sheet, lead and supervisor will adjust according to board thickness ???When ready to run a part make sure press is all the way up, gun head tip is clean, there is no one or any objects in mold .put in automatic mode .Then we {yell clear}to let everyone around you to stay clear of press and no objects in press while shutting press, then proceed to push the start button .shoot the part with foam when done make sure gun head is clear and in home position, with both hands push in both palm buttons until press is all the way closed and green light comes on. ???The press will automatically open when the board is finished pressing ???Wax the mold if necessary ???Remove the board and cut off excess flashing on all four edges, (place the board on the designated pallet) check the board for quality (noting NCP (Non-Conforming Part) if necessary and then sign daily schedule)let the lead or supervisor know of any problem ???Clean the mold of flashing and start another board ???Keep area clean-behind press-robot area-both sides and in front of press
