Reporting directly to the Pre-Tax Benefits Supervisor and the Assistant Vice President (AVP) of Client Services, you will often serve as the first point of contact for new clients and members. Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming telephone inquiries from covered members and employers regarding claim status, benefits, eligible expenses, and debit card status.
- Assist walk-in customers with benefit and claim-related questions.
- Respond promptly and professionally to email inquiries from both members and employers.
- Maintain a deep, up-to-date knowledge of all administered pre-tax benefit plans as well as relevant IRS guidelines.
- Assist with reviewing, auditing, and processing claims and supporting documentation.
- Attend required in-service training sessions and staff meetings.
Perform other related duties and special projects as assigned to support the team.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
- Previous professional experience in a banking background.
- Prior experience in a dedicated customer service or call center environment.
- Familiarity with pre-tax benefits (such as FSAs, HSAs, or HRAs) or Third-Party Administrator (TPA) operations.

High School
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of one to two years of experience working directly with the public.
- Ability to perform sedentary work for extended periods of time.
- Ability to utilize a personal computer (requiring manual dexterity to operate a keyboard) and a standard telephone system.
- Ability to communicate effectively with a wide variety of customers.
- Strong ability to concentrate, meet tight deadlines, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and adapt smoothly to interruptions.
