The Pricing Disputes Analyst plays a key role in maintaining accurate and competitive pricing practices. You'll manage SAP price dispute cases across multiple business units, investigate invoice discrepancies, and ensure timely and effective resolutions. This position requires strong analytical skills, sound judgment, and the ability to work independently while communicating effectively with internal teams.
Assist in evaluating and implementing pricing strategies based on current business and market dynamics.
Conduct research and competitive pricing analysis to inform decision-making.
Monitor pricing practices to maintain company reputation and customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Business Development, and Finance to establish pricing programs aligned with revenue goals.
Identify opportunities to monetize products or create upsell strategies.
Analyze the impact of pricing changes, promotions, and rebate programs on revenue.
Manage and resolve SAP price dispute cases efficiently, targeting 90% completion within 30 days.
Collect and analyze dispute data, identifying trends and root causes.
Support Customer Solutions team members and provide training on pricing systems and processes.
Partner with internal groups (Contracting, Finance, EAM, Audit) to maintain compliance and optimize workflows.
Continuously review systems and procedures to identify and implement process improvements.
