Responsibilities:
- Micro-Application: Use specialized tools to apply small amounts of fluid-like materials to tiny metal and plastic parts with extreme accuracy.
- Equipment Operation: Monitor and operate robotic equipment while maintaining strict organization of different product lots and batches.
- Clean Lab Maintenance: Clean components using alcohol solutions and move them through the next phases of the manufacturing process.
- Data & Documentation: Document all completed work through both physical paperwork and digital entry into an ERP system.
- Quality Standards: Follow detailed instructional procedures to meet specific hourly and daily production quotas.
Skills:
- Ability to perform detailed work while seated for extended periods under a microscope.
Qualifications:
- Detail Oriented: An uncompromising commitment to quality and "extreme" attention to detail.
- Manual Dexterity: Ability to work with your hands using precision tools on extremely small components.
- Technical Skills: Comfortable using computers, production software, and applying excellent mathematical skills.
- Lab Protocols: Must be willing to wear lab coats and hair bonnets. To maintain the cleanroom environment, no artificial nails or nail polish are permitted.
