Skills:
Post-secondary education in printing technologies (or related field) is preferred.

Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
-In-depth understanding of offset printing concepts.
-Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot equipment.
-Excellent communication and leadership skills.
-Proven ability to train and mentor new team members.
Education and Experience Requirements
-Experience: 5+ years of printing experience as an Operator I or Operator II with related job duties.
-Physical Demands: * Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and push up to 75 lbs.
oAbility to perform repetitive work.
oMust have excellent color vision (ability to differentiate colors).
