Get Ready: You’ll look at the daily schedule and get your inks and papers ready. You’ll organize everything so the machines can run fast without wasting any supplies., Set Up the Machine: You will use a "job folder" to see exactly what the customer wants. Then, you’ll manually set up the press, load the big rolls of paper, and handle the heavy print parts., The Test Run: Before you print everything, you’ll run a "test print." You’ll measure it and check it carefully to make sure the colors and shapes are perfect., Final Check: You’ll show your work to the boss (the Production Manager) to get a "thumbs up" before you finish the whole job., Finish Strong: Once the printing is done, you’ll give the files to the counting team. You’ll also keep a small sample of the work so we can match the colors the next time the customer orders., Machine Care: You’ll follow a simple checklist every day to keep your machine clean and running smoothly. If it needs a big repair, you'll call a technician to help.
