Responsibilities:
Meet with customers and internal team members to identify and document product requirements, features, benefits, and performance characteristics.
Plan, coordinate, and document trial runs to ensure product requirements are achieved.
Collaborate with suppliers to evaluate, identify, and specify suitable materials.
Formulate manufacturing methods and coordinate the design of new process equipment.
Generate product specifications, quality plans, test methods, work instructions, risk assessments, and related technical documentation.
Oversee the release of new products into the manufacturing pipeline.
Optimize, troubleshoot, and refine processes and systems for products already released to production.
Construct cost models and budgets for trial runs, commercial production, and capital expenditures.
Manage multiple complex technical projects concurrently while meeting established cost, time, and quality targets.
Prepare and present detailed technical reports, spreadsheets, and presentations.
Working hours: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM
Skills:
Minimum of 10 years of experience in a technical role within web converting manufacturing.
Education:
Bachelors
Experience:
4-7 years
Qualifications:
Bachelor?s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
Formal training or practical job-related experience in project management.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in web converting manufacturing.
