We are seeking a proactive and skilled Process Technician to oversee and maintain our complete molding operation. In this role, you will set up and optimize injection molding machine processes to ensure sustainable, high-quality production. You will perform routine inspections, track manufacturing efficiencies, train technical staff, and maintain strict cGMP and 5S standards to minimize machine downtime and maximize uptime.

Responsibilities:
Molding Operations & Process Optimization: Set up, monitor, and optimize injection molding machine processes to ensure continuous production of high-quality parts and maximize machine uptime.
Quality Assurance & Compliance: Perform routine visual inspections of products, collaborate with the Quality Department on corrective actions, and maintain strict cGMP standards and 5S/Lean manufacturing practices.
Equipment & Mold Maintenance: Install, clean, troubleshoot, and perform preventive maintenance (PM) on molds and presses, utilizing basic pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical connections.
Technical Training & Efficiency: Train personnel to improve the team's technical skills on current equipment and monitor manufacturing efficiencies and labor utilization.
Documentation & Safety: Maintain clear documentation of production systems, adhere to all company safety guidelines, and support multi-departmental goals with a proactive attitude.
Working hours: 7:30 AM - 3:45 PM (Various Shifts Available)
Skills:
Practical experience applying Lean Manufacturing and 5S principles on the shop floor
Demonstrated ability to train team members on technical processes and equipment
Experience with quality standard compliance and cGMP documentation
Education:
High School
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
Strong technical background in injection molding machines, mold operation, and setup
Solid understanding of material types, basic to advanced molding techniques, and mechanical systems
Practical knowledge of pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical connections
Strong mechanical aptitude, basic math comprehension, and time management skills
Physical Requirements: Ability to push, pull, or lift up to 50 lbs; twist and turn while carrying 25 lbs; stand for 3+ hours continuously; and comfortably work in, on, or under presses to clean, maintain, or change molds
