The Production Assistant performs a variety of crucial tasks to support the efficient operation of the production floor. This role involves both direct production support and quality assurance, ensuring products meet established standards.
Schedule: Monday to Friday (NO Wednesday's)

Responsibilities:
Primary Responsibilities:
Quality Control: Perform routine quality checks, tests, and inspections throughout and at the end of the production process.
Press Support: Move and load paper into and out of presses, assist with jogging and boxing orders, and help with plating and press wash-ups. This may include working as the third person in a sheet-fed crew or floating between different presses as needed.
Material Handling: Move and organize products and ensure supplies are readily available for production operations.
Assembly & Fabrication: Assemble, package, bind, or fabricate various items such as displays, signs, and kits, using hands, hand tools, jigs, fixtures, and light power tools and equipment.
Maintenance & Safety: Clean and maintain the work area in accordance with established safety procedures and guidelines.
