Onboarding & Next Steps
Paid Orientation: New hires participate in a 3-day paid orientation scheduled during standard day-shift hours.
Responsibilities:
As a Production Associate, you will support daily plant operations in an active production environment. Depending on your strengths and team alignment, daily activities may include:
Operating basic production machinery and tools.
Assembling components and completing finishing work on manufactured products.
Performing quality checks, taking precise tape measure readings, and documenting specs.
Packaging, palletizing, and preparing finished goods for distribution.
Working hours: 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM (Various Shifts Available)
Skills:
Candidates with experience in general labor, farming, construction, retail, or mechanical hobbies transition exceptionally well.
Strong attention to detail, quality, and safety.
Basic tape measure reading and English verbal/written communication skills.
Ability to work up to 12 hours and regularly lift up to 50 lbs.
