Spherion is seeking detail-oriented Production Associates to perform precise mechanical assembly, quality inspection, and product packaging in a manufacturing environment.
1st shift: 5am-1:30pm Monday-Friday, OT possible on Saturdays

Material Handling: Store, retrieve, and stage materials using both piece-picking and bulk-handling methods.
Distribution Support: Prepare, review, and verify all necessary shipping and distribution paperwork.
Equipment Inspection: Perform daily safety checks and routine maintenance on assigned machinery and equipment.
Facility Maintenance: Keep work zones clean, organized, and compliant with safety guidelines.
Inventory Control: Assist with periodic inventory counts and stock audits as required.
Working hours: 5:00 AM - 1:30 PM
Skills:
-Basic computer knowledge.
-Detail oriented with organizational and time management skills.
-Thrives in a challenging and fast-paced environment.
-Ability to follow work orders and instructions.
-Ability to safely operate basic hand and power tools.

-Previous production experience
-Frequently lifts heavy objects (up to 50 lbs.)
