We are seeking a detail-oriented, self-motivated DIRECT HIRE Production Associate to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will work as a Machine Operator, act as a skilled assembler, and serve as your own quality inspector to ensure high product standards. You will perform hands on fabrication tasks such as deburring, assembly, bending, and forming, while conducting basic inspections. On-the-job training is provided, will train! Responsibilities:
Operate production equipment safely and efficiently to meet daily production goals.
Perform deburring, marking, bending, forming, and assembly of parts according to work instructions.
Inspect finished products using basic measuring tools and inspection equipment to ensure quality standards are met.
Complete production documentation, including part counts, scrap reports, and labor tracking.
Read and follow work orders, blueprints, and written instructions.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Identify quality concerns and report issues promptly.
Support continuous improvement initiatives, including Kaizen and single-piece flow practices.
Work collaboratively with team members to achieve production and quality objectives.
Follow all company safety policies and manufacturing procedures.

Skills:
Experience operating manufacturing or production equipment.
Assembly or fabrication experience.
Quality inspection experience using measuring tools or gauges.
Familiarity with deburring, bending, forming, or finishing processes.
Experience working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Food service or food production experience.
Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing or Kaizen principles.
Experience completing production paperwork and maintaining accurate records.
Mechanical aptitude and ability to learn new equipment quickly.
Commitment to workplace safety and continuous improvement.

High School
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED.
Previous manufacturing, production, assembly, machine operation, warehouse, or related experience is helpful but not required; training is provided.
Ability to read and follow work instructions and production documents.
Basic math and problem-solving skills.
Attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
Dependable with excellent attendance and punctuality.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Willingness to learn new processes and equipment.
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull materials as required.
