Role Highlights
- Compensation: $16.50/hr. starting base pay + up to $2.50/hr. shift differential (depending on shift placement)
- Benefits: Full benefits package available once converted to permanent hire.
- Shift/schedule: 1st, 2nd, and 3rd Shifts Available (Must be flexible to work mandatory overtime when needed).
- Employment type: Temp-to-Hire (TTH)

What You'll Do
- Load and unload raw materials and finished parts at presses, furnaces, deburring units, and automated machinery.
- Perform quality checks, visual inspections, and weight/measurement verifications following standard process instructions.
- Sort, package, label, and stage finished parts according to customer packaging specifications.
- Log accurate production data, record daily transactions, and track inventory using computer systems (Plex).
- Keep workstations clean, orderly, and safe while adhering strictly to company safety and ISO environmental guidelines.
- Collaborate with team members to support plant-wide continuous improvement initiatives and efficiency goals.
What You'll Bring
- Education & Experience: High school diploma or equivalent preferred; prior manufacturing or machine operation experience is a plus (entry-level candidates willing to learn are encouraged to apply!).
- Technical & Computer Skills: Ability to read and follow written work instructions, complete daily paperwork, and enter basic production data into a computer.
- Key Attributes: Energetic, self-driven, highly organized, detail-oriented, and safety-conscious.
- Teamwork: Strong communication skills with a positive attitude and a track record of good attendance and teamwork.
- Physical & Equipment Capabilities: Comfort working around presses, furnaces, and industrial machinery (forklift/powered industrial truck certification is a plus)
