Starting base pay with the potential to reach $19.50/hr within your first year through the company's pay step program. Depending on your shift placement, you may also earn a shift differential of up to $2.50/hr.
Role Highlights

What You'll Do
-Load and unload raw materials and finished parts at presses, furnaces, deburring equipment, and automated production machinery
-Operate and assist with manufacturing and production equipment
-Perform quality inspections, visual inspections, and weight and measurement checks according to work instructions
-Sort, package, label, and stage finished parts according to customer specifications
-Enter production data, record daily transactions, and track inventory using computer systems
-Follow established manufacturing processes, safety procedures, and quality standards
-Maintain a clean, organized, and safe production work area
-Work with other production team members to meet daily production, quality, and efficiency goals
What You'll Bring
-Previous experience in manufacturing, production, machine operation, assembly, warehouse, or other industrial environments is helpful but not required
-Entry-level candidates with a strong work history and willingness to learn are encouraged to apply
-Ability to read and follow written work instructions
-Basic computer skills and ability to accurately enter production information
-Strong attention to detail, dependability, and commitment to workplace safety
-Comfortable working around presses, furnaces, and industrial machinery
-Forklift or powered industrial truck experience is a plus
