Job Description:
In this role, you'll work with small parts to prepare them for production. This position is long term temp to hire so you'll have a great opportunity for a career and advancement!
Responsibilities:
- Apply silvering to parts with a paint brush to ceramic parts
- Ensure quality checks are completed
- Set up printing screens, fixtures, and squeegees according to daily production orders and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Load silvered ceramic parts onto trays and feed them into drying ovens or high-temperature belt furnaces for the electrode firing process.
- Carefully handle fragile ceramic parts to avoid scrap.
- Maintain accurate daily production records, tracking part counts, batch numbers, and completed process steps.
Education: No formal education required.
