Spherion is currently seeking motivated and reliable Production Associates for a temp-to-hire opportunity in North Brookfield, MA. In this role, you will play an essential part in the manufacturing process, helping produce high-quality rubber products while maintaining safety and quality standards on the production floor.

Operate manufacturing machinery and tools according to safety guidelines and operational procedures.
Inspect finished products for defects, quality, and specifications.
Load, unload, and transport raw materials and finished goods within the production area.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
Assist with basic assembly, trimming, and packaging tasks.
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily production targets.
Follow all company safety protocols and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Working hours: Various Shifts Available
Skills:
Previous experience in a manufacturing, warehouse, or industrial production environment.
Familiarity with rubber manufacturing, molding, or assembly processes.
Basic understanding of quality control and inspection techniques.
Demonstrated problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Education:
High School
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand or walk for extended periods during shifts.
Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
Basic communication and reading skills to follow written instructions and work orders.
Reliability, punctuality, and attendance record.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
