We are seeking reliable individuals to join our team as Production Operators in a fast-paced manufacturing and warehouse environment. This position involves operating production equipment, monitoring machines, performing quality inspections, and handling materials. Responsibilities:
Set up, operate, and monitor production machinery according to established procedures.
Assist with injection molding equipment and raw material feeds.
Operate or assist with grinding equipment to process excess material and scrap.
Perform material handling and support warehouse activities.
Use calipers and micrometers to measure parts and verify specifications.
Perform visual and dimensional quality inspections on finished products.
Assist with basic CNC equipment and other shop machinery.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Follow safety procedures and production guidelines.
Work with team members to meet daily production requirements.
Working hours: Various Shifts Available
Skills:
Previous manufacturing or machine operator experience.
Experience with CNC machines or injection molding equipment.
Experience using calipers, micrometers, or other precision measuring tools.
Previous quality inspection or production experience.
Forklift experience or certification.
Warehouse or material-handling experience.
Experience with grinding equipment or scrap processing.
Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes.
Previous experience working with production machinery.
High school diploma or equivalent.

Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
