The Production Associate is responsible for ensuring the processing of product based on defined standards to ensure the integrity of distributed product while utilizing and maximizing volunteer resources. The Production Associate works under the direct supervision of the Warehouse Director while working collaboratively with the operations team.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately account for all products received; complete receiving forms for inventory
- documentation.
- Maintain positive and productive business relationships with volunteers and programs.
- Receive, inspect, store, and evaluate salvage product.
- Evaluate the product recovery program for safety and efficiency.
- Ensure proper storage and rotation of salvage product
- Handle and process product per regulatory agency requirements
- Actively participate in all Product Recovery processes to ensure that productivity goals and objectives are met.
- Categorize and weigh sorted product.
- Maintain a clean, orderly and safe work area at all times repairs immediately.
- May perform other duties as assigned.

Skills:
1-2 years warehousing experience or equivalent job related experience.

Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Possess basic math skills including adding, subtracting, multiplying and dividing
- Ability to work at a fast pace with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Professional telephone etiquette
- Ability to operate material handling equipment such as dollies, pallet jacks, and forklifts
- Team player, willingness to help others achieve success
- Willing to work a flexible schedule
- Must have valid drivers license
