Responsibilities:

- Maintain an accurate log of orders received and orders completed to ensure the department hits its goals with order turnaround time.
- Resolve Sales Order / Work Order edits and changes.
- Communicate delays and holds between Production and Sales/Customer Service.
- File / scan completed Work Orders.
- Circulate waivers for signature, ensuring they?re processed in a timely manner.
- Work with shipping to ensure completed orders are shipped out the door.
- Communicate SO issues with management.
- Assist the department leads as needed.
- Complete inventory counts and adjustments as needed.
- Perform other duties as required by production/operations management.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:30 PM

Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
- Strong Computer and analytical Skills
- Knowledgeable in Microsoft office Software
- 1-2 years of experience in NetSuite (preferred not required)
- 3-4 years of relevant manufacturing or sales experience (preferred not required)
- High School Diploma/GED
