The Production Planner is responsible for coordinating and planning production schedules, ensuring that manufacturing processes run efficiently and meet customer demand. This role involves collaborating with various departments to manage inventory levels, optimize production schedules, and ensure timely delivery of products.

Develop and maintain production schedules to meet customer orders
Coordinate with production, procurement, and logistics teams to ensure materials and resources are available.
Analyze and adjust, as necessary, production schedules that are affected by changes in raw material and equipment
Work with purchasing to expedite material as needed
Prioritize shop floor dispatches/work centers to meet production schedule manufacturing dates
Work closely with shop floor supervision and communicate any delays that may affect production
Manage parts orders for respective product lines to ensure on-time shipments
Interact with customer service for respective product line
Communicate production updates to Lead Master Scheduler
Provide input and feedback in a team setting
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Qualifications:
Production Planning experience within a manufacturing environment
Ability to collaborate amongst a cross functional team
Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data and make data driven decisions
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
3 years or more of SAP experience as it pertains to manufacturing planning and scheduling.
Advanced use of Microsoft Office and other productivity/communication tools
