Responsibilities:
Multi-Cell Orchestration: Oversee diverse production environments, including fabrication and high-end finishing cells, ensuring synchronized output.
Agile Resource Management: Rapidly reassign labor and materials in real-time to eliminate bottlenecks or respond to shifting priorities.
Quality & KPI Management: Maintain "first-time-through" quality standards and drive improvements in labor efficiency and scrap reduction.
Safety Leadership: Champion a safety-first environment by ensuring strict adherence to OSHA standards and PPE requirements.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with maintenance and procurement teams to ensure machine uptime and material availability.
Working hours: 6:00 AM - 3:30 PM

Technical Breadth: Familiarity with multi-stage manufacturing (e.g., assembly combined with finishing).
