This is an entry level opportunity! The Production Associate is responsible for assisting in the production of food products in accordance with company standards and procedures.
Schedule: Monday to Friday
- 1st Shift: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM
- 2nd Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM

Product Exposures:
- Apples
- Pie production items
- Flour
- Spices
- Food allergens (including wheat, milk, egg, soy, gluten, shellfish, sesame, celery, mustard, and other sensitizing agents)
Environment:
- Dynamic, fast-paced food processing and manufacturing facility.
- Exposure to food products and prep operations, including apple handling/peeling, pie production, blending, weighing, packaging, and labeling.
- Required adherence to safety guidelines, sanitation protocols, and continuous use of PPE
Protective Equipment (PPE):
- Steel Toed Boots/Shoes (Required)
- Hair net/Beard Net
- Hard Hat
- Lab Coat
- Hearing Protection
Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor production line equipment, including but not limited to conveyors, fillers, sealers, and packaging machinery, following standard operating procedures
- Conduct regular inspections of machinery to ensure proper functioning, identifying and addressing any issues or malfunctions promptly
- Conduct visual inspections of products at various stages of the production process, identifying defects or deviations from quality standards
- Follow established sanitation protocols to ensure cleanliness and food safety compliance within the production area, including routine cleaning of equipment and workspaces
- Assist with equipment setup, changeovers, and adjustments according to production schedules and product specifications
- Record production data accurately and maintain detailed logs and records of equipment performance, production output, and quality control checks

- Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment within the food industry
- Physical stamina and dexterity to perform tasks that may require standing, bending, and lifting up to 50lbs
